This evening, one of my friends Jon conducted a concert in the WashU 560 building, which used to be the synagogue of my new grandfather, who is a rabbi.
The building is very nice and so was the concert.
What made concert even more interesting was the weather outside. When the conductor raised his hands to start Tchaikovsky’s Romeo & Juliet, the rain dropped so hard on the roof, that everybody heard silent drum beats from all over. When the piece was finished, the heavy rain stopped immediately.
